Delivery and returns

White-glove delivery

Two people carry your order to the room you choose, unwrap it, build it and take every bit of packaging away. Delivery is free on orders over $1,500 and $149 under that.

When it arrives

Upholstered pieces are made to order and arrive in six to eight weeks. Tables, storage, lighting and decor ship in about two. We call a week ahead to agree a two-hour window.

The 100-night trial

Live with a sofa, chair or bed for 100 nights. If it isn't right, we collect it and refund you, less the delivery charge. Lamps and decor can be returned unused within 30 days.
